A Morning at Croome Court
Recently my Auntie came to visit and along with my Mum, her other half and my niece, we met at the National Trust’s Croome Court for a well overdue catch up and walk.
Upon arriving we headed straight to the café, where I had a delightful cream tea and coffee in honour of the ‘National Cream Tea Day‘ that recently passed. It was delicious! Afterwards, we paid entry – I have yet to become a member, though it’s something I’m seriously considering! – and headed off on our long walk around the park. Although it can be rather pricey without membership, National Trust venues are well worth the visit if you’re looking for nice days out and Croome Court is definitely one of my favourites.
The Gardens have an abundance of beautiful flowers, plants and trees with plenty of wildlife flying and scurrying around, the Park has stunning views and long pathways around the lakes and river which is home to various water birds, dragonflies and damselflies and the Croome House is bursting with history. It’s a place where you will see something new on each visit and is perfect for a picnic on a nice day.
It was lovely to spend the morning with some of my wonderful family and I hope you enjoy the photographs!
