Dave and I looked after Pepper, Dave’s parents’ dog, in September and it was such a success, that we have had her stay with us again recently! Dave’s uncle turned 60 in June & to celebrate, his wife & daughters rallied some family & friends together to spend a weekend glamping in Devon. All of this a surprise for Malcolm, of course!
Dave & I were meant to be spending a week at Newport in Pembrokeshire, Wales this year. However, due to an exciting development in our lives, we decided postpone the trip until next year. But to make things worse – as I was already sad to not be visiting a place that is incredibly close to my heart – my birthday was during that week. The May Bank Holiday is one of the best weekends in the year. What started off as attending the ‘Run to the Sun‘ Festival, has now turned in to an annual camping trip to Newquay with a bunch of friends.
